Painting a day: Day 12
This is another one of the people I met while in South Africa. Siya was a really cool rastafarian who showed me a rasta hand shake and sold me really big hat.

Painting a Day: Day 10 & 11
Made a trip to Michigan this weekend and did some performance painting along side my friend and girlfriend's band "The La De Les". This one is from our performace last Saturday at The Strutt coffee house in Kalamazoo.

Sorry about the updates
I did some performance painting for my friends band last night and will likely do so again tomorrow. I have been painting I just haven't had a way to get things up. I'll update with pictures soon.

Scan-tastic!
The Scans worked out a lot better than my camera, the quality is a lot closer to how the work actually looks now. I've replaced the older lower quality pictures.

Here's number two, I feel more comfortable working monochromatically with watercolor for some reason. I'm having trouble getting the quality I want with my digital camera, I'm going to try making scans of them in the University Mac lab later today to see how that does.

A painting a day.
I've recently started a project to do a painting a day, I expect it will last for at least a month. The studies for this project will be based primarily in watercolor. I'll start posting just as soon as I find where my digital camera is hiding...
